Bangkok malls aren't just for shopping. There's always something along the shopping lanes that will stop an art aficionado or someone who simply appreciates beauty in any form..
...or someone who likes fun, and perhaps some naughty humor
...or a toy for a big boy
...or bags and scarves for Mademoiselle.
Shopping is the best therapy, they say. I've moved past that stage. Beauty is my therapy. If you can see it, then you own it.
Boards along the street lane exploded with colors and meaningful themes. I was however, a bit annoyed with the plastic cover that gave off a tacky sheen.
The last board I photographed (above), reminded me of Maestro David who does posters
(more often with a feminine theme) for the Moonalice band. Moreover, I saw me. I thought,
that's me...six years ago on the first of May, with a resumed passion, a renewed awakening
to the art world. I saw me, emptied onto that piece of board. Indeed, it's an all integrated art experience whenever I walk the streets of Bangkok.
