This was taken two years ago by the Mekong river. It's nice finding this one; brings back old memories.
Woke up nice and fresh this morning. My pretty floral pillow case inspired me to make a photoquote for my Facebook account which

I was given two weeks leave from work last month so I spent the vacation in Manila. While at home, I did some serious re-organization of my old stuff from ages ago. This toy I featured, was a gift from my husband when we marked our first year of becoming sweethearts in 1987. He said, it's the schoolboy who met his dream girl. Back then, it didn't sound corny to me. I remember how straight and silky this toy's hair was. Through the years, the hairline receded, and the once lustrous strands are now matted. Funny, how it somehow seemed to have aged like it's human counterpart. The bottom reads the words he wrote more than two decades ago. It's amazing how trivial things can hold extremely valuable sentiments and lead some, to retrace their steps, and get back to where it all started. Twenty-six years and counting...
